1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using VortexLink's lead generation platform and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

VortexLink provides lead generation services that help businesses identify, target, and connect with potential customers through various advertising channels and social network integrations. Our platform offers:

• Advanced lead discovery and qualification
• Multi-channel advertising campaign management

• Analytics and performance tracking
• CRM integration capabilities

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

VortexLink operates on a pay-per-qualified-lead model with the following pricing structure:

• Basic Plan: $40 USD per qualified lead
• Premium Plan: $50 USD per qualified lead
• Enterprise Plan: $60 USD per qualified lead

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional fees. All prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice.

4. Lead Qualification Standards

A "qualified lead" is defined as a prospect who:

• Meets your specified demographic and firmographic criteria
• Has been verified through our multi-step validation process
• Has shown genuine interest or engagement with your marketing materials
• Provides accurate and complete contact information

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your target audience and requirements
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your marketing activities
• Respect privacy rights and data protection requirements
• Use leads only for legitimate business purposes
• Not resell or redistribute leads to third parties without written consent

6. Data Protection and Privacy

7. Service Level Agreement

VortexLink strives to maintain high service standards:

• 99.9% platform uptime guarantee
• Lead delivery within agreed timeframes
• 24/7 technical support for Enterprise clients
• Response to support inquiries within 24 hours

8. Limitation of Liability

VortexLink's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable. Client data will be retained for 90 days post-termination for transition purposes.

10. Intellectual Property

VortexLink retains all rights to its proprietary technology, algorithms, and methodologies. Clients retain ownership of their data and marketing materials provided to VortexLink.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in El Paso, Texas.
